This is the latest weather bulletin according to PAG-ASA Philippines.
At 2:00 am today a low pressure area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 700 km East of Southern Mindanao (6.5ºN 135.0ºE) embedded along intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas and Mindanao.
