Typhoon Pablo Satellite Photos/Pictures and PAGASA report

Synopsis:
At 4:00 a.m. today, the eye of Typhoon "PABLO" was located based on satellite and surface data at 40 km East of the Davao Oriental coast (07.6 °N, 126.9 °E) with maximum sustained winds of 175 kph and gustiness of up to 210 kph. It is forecast to move West at 26 kph.
Forecast:
Mindanao, Central Visayas, Leyte Provinces, Negros Occidental, Iloilo, Capiz, Guimaras and Biliran will experience stormy weather with rough to very rough seas. The rest of Eastern and Western Visayas, Masbate including Ticao island and Palawan including Calamian group of islands will have rains with gusty winds with moderate to rough seas. The rest of MIMAROPA and Bicol region will be cloudy with light to moderate rainshowers or thunderstorms. The regions of Cagayan valley and CAR will have cloudy skies with light rains while Metro Manila and the rest of the Luzon will be partly cloudy with brief rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over the rest of the country with moderate to rough seas.
