Palawan, Bicol Region, Visayas and Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms. Batanes group of island will have mostly cloudy skies with rainshowers. The rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the East to Northeast will prevail over Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao and coming from the East to Southeast over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
