At 4:00 am today, Tropical Storm "SENDONG" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 60 km West Northwest of Puerto Princesa City (9.9°N ,118.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move West at 24 kph. Wind convergence affecting the Eastern section of Luzon.
