According to Kuya Kim of ABS-CBN, there is very minimal chance that this could develop into a storm. Mostly, the Philippines only has at most one typhoon in December. This article is not meant to mislead people into thinking that there is an upcoming storm. This is posted for Filipinos to be aware of the latest weather the Philippines is having. The cloud formation is getting bigger. But the pressure is dropping. And it is getting near the Philippines.
